Artist Biography

Patrick Palmer grew up in California and was interested in art from a young age. He went on to get his BA at the University of California at Santa Barbara and his MA at Arizona State University. He has taught extensively since the early 1980’s, most notably at the Art League of Houston, the University of St. Thomas, and the Glassell School of Art, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. In 2011 he was appointed as dean at the Glassell School, a position which he still currently holds.
