Artist Biography

Artist Biography: Harry Worthman was born in New York City. He stared his career as an artist at an early age. After high school he attended the Art Students League in New York City studying under well known artist like George Bridgman, Dean Cornwell, and Frank Vincent Dumond. He also studied at the National Academy of Design and the Cooper Union. In 1948, he moved to Texas where he mainly became a portrait artist.
